TCEL GROUP LTD is an active private limited company, incorporated on 22 October 2020. Our years of experience have taught us to always make your business or individual success our priority. The nature of the business is Management consultancy activities other than financial management. The companys registered office is on Covent Garden, London. The companys next accounts are due on 22 July 2022, and fall under the accounts category: No Accounts Filed. Not much going on there, one would be justified in thinking after reading said report on TCEL. How else could the company’s shares outstanding be 153 million on March 31, 2014, and then be 1.7 BILLION exactly one year later? For starters, there’s evidence of A LOT of dilution going on. The fact that so much stock has been issued at points in time when TCEL had been the target of paid pumps speaks volumes in and of itself. It was witnessed by Petronas‘ Vice President of LNG Marketing and Trading Ahmad Adly Alias, who described the unconventional term deal with TCEL as a customer-centric solution that goes beyond traditional LNG arrangements and includes a modern approach to delivering LNG.Then again, so does fact that the company had already performed a and a reverse split in the past in order to stay liquid.Īnd it looks like it is going to need another one pretty soon – because the way things are shaping up, it may find its way into FOUR ZERO TERRITORYbefore the session is over. The signing of the sales and purchase agreement was conducted via a video teleconference due to travel restrictions due to Covid-19.

Based in Shanghai, TCEL is a young company founded by a group of people with experience in LNG ISO tanks that focuses on the small-scale transportation and distribution of LNG in China. CNOOC Gas & Power has experience in transporting LNG in ISO containers between ports in China, and recently supported the supply of LNG to Cambodia via containers (LNGI Jan.21'20). In China, many users, especially those burning oil products, do not have access to gas pipelines and their small demand does not justify the cost of building regasification terminals.

Petronas said delivery of LNG via ISO tanks can also act as an agile backup solution to meet excess demand as compared to large vessel deliveries, which may be restricted by rigid delivery schedules. The use of ISO tanks to deliver LNG has been gaining traction in China and elsewhere, alongside "break bulk" and other operations to make LNG loads better match customer needs (LNGI Mar.18'20). ISO tanks are generally 40-foot intermodal tanks designed to carry about 11,000 gallons of LNG, or about 18 tons, compared to a typical Q-Max LNG carrier load of about 120,000 tons. Petronas did not reveal the quantity of LNG sold or the duration of the supply deal. TCEL would deliver the LNG to remote locations in China using the firm’s ISO tanks.

Petronas said Wednesday that it would supply LNG to TCEL’s ISO filing facility at Bintulu in Sarawak where its LNG complex is located. Use of ISO tanks to deliver LNG may be a key part of ramping up overall LNG demand for the world's second-largest importer. (TCEL), which will deliver LNG to China using ISO tanks.

Malaysian firm Petronas has signed a sales agreement to supply LNG to Tiger Clean Energy Ltd.
